sonder SOLUTIONS, Inc. is an Alternative Staffing Organization (ASO) with a Social Enterprise. We identify trends in the job market to foster innovation in how to place job seekers with employers. We work with an extensive cross-section of organizations and businesses to develop more efficient processes in workforce hiring.
Through strategic risk taking and a proactive approach, sonder SOLUTIONS has diverse but interconnected employment programs and services for veterans and individuals with barriers to employment. We are a master of many trades to ensure we meet our mission. Whether we are engaging a small business to be their community hiring arm, or state government by leveraging contracts to create social enterprise–the scope of our projects is creating economic opportunity, catalyzing self-empowerment, and simply having people’s backs.
sonder SOLUTIONS has one goal for every potential employee: to place them in a job or career that suits their work history, training, education, and employment needs. We match individuals with the job training most suited to their preferences and needs. We do not pay for training, but direct and assist potential employees through the varying enrollments processes.
sonder SOLUTIONS is bringing together innovative workforce development training for transition-age high school students with disabilities. They will gain the skills necessary to enter the workforce! sonder SOLUTIONS will remove barriers by providing job readiness and offering paid work in their communities, as well as helping the students build confidence and independence! All internships and volunteer experience for participating youth is paid by sonder SOLUTIONS and will not exceed 100 hours or 90 days.
Eligibility includes High School Students ages 16-21 with one of the following:
– A student with a Disability
– Foster students
– Students at risk of dropping out
– Students with Mental disorders
– Those who have experienced generational trauma
– P.E. (potentially eligible)
